Appointed Title Holder Application
Thank you for your interest in becoming an appointed title holder for River City Pageant. Applying is easy. Just fill out the Registration Form below and send in a photo. If you are selected to join this year's royalty, you will be sent an email with further participation information and a link to submit your registration fee.
Note for Ambassador applicants: your fee is slightly higher due to the rhinestone trim on your sash. You will also be asked to submit a list of volunteer activities you have participated in over the last year.

River City Pageant is proud to be a charity pageant benefiting Spokane Parks Foundation, a non-profit agency whose mission is to provide resources for vibrant, healthy, accessible recreation programs and parks throughout the Spokane region.
Competition weekend, contestants get to show poise in a gown or suit, fun fashion modeling in a “Spokane Pride” themed outfit, public speaking through a personal introduction, and interview skills with an on-stage question. Custom crowns & sashes for royalty, special community service awards, and trophies for optional competition events like Talent, Acting, Spokesperson, Most Photogenic, and Casual Wear Modeling are also presented.
This year’s participants collected $2,133 for park renovations and 540 swimsuits for the Make A Splash program. Pageant winners become royalty for the year and work together to help Spokane Parks grow while also having fun and forming close friendships.
River City Pageant is open to all ages, genders and abilities and no experience is necessary.
